تعقد الجمعية العمومية للهيئة الشبابية اجتماعا عاديا مرة كل عام يتم توجيه الدعوة
له خلال الأشهر الأربعة التالية لانتهاء، السنة المالية للهيئة الشبابية، ويجوز لها أن تعقد
اجتماعا غير عادي، وذلك كله طبقا للإجراءات والنصاب الذي يحدده النظام الأساسي
للهيئة الشبابية.
