مع مراعاة ما ورد فى شأنه نص خاص فى القانون المرافق ، يصدر الوزير المعنى
بشئون العمل بعد أخذ رأى المنظمات النقابية المعنية ومنظمات أصحاب الأعمال المنشأة
بقانون ، اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق والقرارات اللازمة لتطبيقه خلال ثلاثة أشهر من
تاريخ العمل به ، ويستمر العمل بالقرارات القائمة وقت العمل به فيما لا يتعارض مع
أحكام القانون المرافق ، وذلك إلى حين صدور اللائحة التنفيذية .
