يعاقب كل من يخالف نص المادة (٢٧) ، والمادة (٤٦) من هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل
عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد عن عشرة آلاف جنيه . وتتعدد الغرامة بتعدد العمال الذين
وقعت الجريمة فى شأنهم .
