يعاقب بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه
ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف جنيه ، أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من يخالف أحكام المادة (٦)
من هذا القانون .
