لعضو مجلس إدارة المنظمة النقابية العمالية الذى أحيل للتقاعد لأى سبب من
الأسباب والتحق بعمل داخل التصنيف النقابى الذى تضمه المنظمة النقابية دون فاصل
زمنى ، الحق فى الانتخاب والترشح .
ويجوز للعضو الذى أحيل للتقاعد لأى سبب استكمال مدة عضويته فى الدورة
النقابية التى انتخب فيها شريطة التحاقه بعمل داخل التصنيف النقابى الذى تضمه هذه
المنظمة دون فاصل زمنى طالما توافرت فى شأنه شروط العضوية والترشح .
