لا يجوز فى جميع الأحوال الجمع بين عضوية مجالس إدارة النقابات المهنية وعضوية
مجالس إدارة المنظمات النقابية العمالية الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون .
وفى حالة الجمع بين العضويتين ، يتعين على العضو خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ
الجمع اختيار أى من العضويتين يحتفظ بها ، وإلا اعتبر متنازلا عن الأقدم منهما .
