تتكون موارد الاتحاد من:
1 - حصيلة رسوم القيد فى عضوية الاتحاد.
2 - الاشتراكات السنوية التى يؤديها الأعضاء.
3 - الرسوم ومقابل الخدمات الخاصة التى يؤديها الاتحاد لأعضائه طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون واللائحة الداخلية.
4 - الهبات والتبرعات والوصايا والمنح المقدمة من جهات محلية أو أجنبية وتقبلها لجنة إدارة الاتحاد.
