رئيس لجنة الإدارة هو رئيس الاتحاد، ويتولى تصريف شئونه المالية والإدارية وتنفيذ قرارات الجمعية العمومية ولجنة الإدارة وغيرهما من اللجان المختصة طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون واللائحة الداخلية، ويعاونه فى ذلك السكرتير المالى والإدارى للاتحاد.
