يتكون اتحاد مصدرى الأقطان من الأفراد والشركات العاملة فى مجال تصدير الأقطان، وتكون له الشخصية الاعتبارية، ويكون مقره مدينة الإسكندرية ويجوز للاتحاد أن ينشئ فروعا له داخل الجمهورية.
ولا يجوز لغير أعضاء الاتحاد مزاولة تجارة تصدير الأقطان.
