تكون للجنة العامة ميزانية يتكون جانب الأصول فيها من المبالغ المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة، وتبدأ السنة المالية للجنة فى أول يوليو وتنتهى فى 30 يونيه من العام التالى، وتودع أموال اللجنة فى أحد البنوك المسجلة لدى البنك المركزى، ويشرف على مراجعة حسابات اللجنة محاسب قانونى تختارة الجمعية العمومية.
