تصدر الشركة سندات ضمان الصادرات بعائد ميسر يكتتب فيها بنك الاستثمار القومى بالكامل وتستهلك عند نهاية الشركة بعد الوفاء بالتزاماتها ويكون إصدار هذه السندات على شرائح تحدد قيمتها ومواعيد إصدارها وسعر العائد المستحق بالاتفاق بين الشركة والبنك.
ويكتتب بنك الاستثمار القومى عند تأسيس الشركة فى الإصدار الأول لسندات ضمان الصادرات بمبلغ خمسين مليون جنيه مصرى بعائد سنوى مقداره 5% وتحدد الجمعية التأسيسية للشركة طريقة ومواعيد الدفع.
