يعهد بمراجعة حسابات الشركة سنويا إلى مراقبين للحسابات يعينهما ويحدد أتعابهما الجهاز المركزى للمحاسبات، وعلى الشركة أن تضع تحت تصرف المراقبين ما يريانه ضروريا لهذه المراجعة من أوراق ودفاتر وبيانات.
