ينظر مجلس النقابة فى التظلمات من قرارات لجنة القيد المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة على أن يكون لأعضاء هذه اللجنة صوت معدود فى قرار المجلس بقبول التظلم أو رفضه.
ولمن صدر قرار برفض تظلمه أن يطعن فيه أمام محكمة النقض خلال ثمانية عشر يوما من تاريخ إعلانه بالقرار.
