تكون جلسات التأديب سرية ويصدر القرار بعد سماع أقوال وطلبات الإتهام والدفاع ويصدر القرار مسببا فى جلسة علنية، ولا تكون القرارات الصادرة بالوقف عن مزاولة المهنة أو بإسقاط العضوية ذات أثر إلا بعد أن يصير القرار نهائيا. وتبلغ القرارات التأديبية النهائية إلى مجلس النقابة ووزير الصحة والجهات التى يعمل فيها العضو وتسجل فى سجلات معدة لذلك.
