يحاكم أمام الهيئة التأديبية كل عضو أخل بأحكام هذا القانون أو بآداب المهنة وتقاليدها أو امتنع عن تنفيذ قرارات الجمعية العمومية أو مجلس النقابة أو قرارات الجمعية العمومية للنقابات الفرعية أو قرارات مجالس النقابات الفرعية أو ارتكب أمورا مخلة بشرف المهنة أو تحط من قدرها أو أهمل فى عمل يتصل بمهنته.
