تنشأ نقابة تسمى النقابة العامة للعلاج الطبيعى تكون لها الشخصية الاعتبارية. وتباشر نشاطها فى إطار السياسة العامة للدوله، ويكون مقرها مدينة القاهرة ولها أن تنشئ فروعا بالمحافظات على النحو المبين فى هذا القانون.
