تفرض ضريبة على الأجور والمرتبات وما فى حكمها التى يتقاضاها العاملون المصريون فى الخارج ممن يزاولون عملا لدى الغير يتوافر فيه عنصر التبعية.
ولا يخضع لهذه الضريبة المصريون المهاجرون هجرة دائمة الذين تتوافر فيهم الشروط الواردة فى المادة (8) من قانون الهجرة ورعاية المصريين فى الخارج الصادر بالقانون رقم 111 لسنة 1983.
