تتم تسوية الأوضاع الجمركية بصفة نهائية للبضائع التى أفرج عنها قبل العمل بأحكام هذا القانون تحت نظام الإفراج المؤقت لحين النظر فى تحديد موقفها من الضريبة الجمركية ، وذلك وفقا للقواعد التى كان معمولا بها وقت الإفراج عنها على أن يتم ذلك خلال عام من تاريخ العمل بأحكام هذا القانون .
