يعمل بأحكام قانون الجمارك المرافق وذلك دون الإخلال بالآتى :
١ - أحكام الاتفاقيات الدولية التى تكون جمهورية مصر العربية طرفا فيها ، وكذا أحكام اتفاقيات مشروعات الكهرباء والبترول والتعدين .
٢ - الإعفاءات الجمركية المقررة بموجب القوانين الأخرى .
٣ - أحكام قانون المناطق الاقتصادية ذات الطبيعة الخاصة الصادر بالقانون رقم ٨٣ لسنة ٢٠٠٢
٤ - أحكام قانون الاستثمار الصادر بالقانون رقم ٧٢ لسنة ٢٠١٧
