تلتزم جميع الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية ذات الصلة بالعمليات الجمركية بالتنسيق والربط الإلكتروني وتبادل المعلومات مع المصلحة في إطار تطبيق نظام النافذة الجمركية الواحدة .
كما تقوم المصلحة بإخطار الجهات الحكومية ذات الصلة والقطاع المصرفي من خلال نظام الربط الإلكتروني بقائمة بأسماء المتهربين جمركيا الصادر ضدهم أحكام باتة بالإدانة .
وذلك كله طبقا لما تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
