Article 42 of the Unified Tax Procedures Law

يحق لموظفى المصلحة ممن لهم صفة الضبطية القضائية دخول مقار عمل الممول أو المكلف خلال ساعات عمل الموظف دون إخطار مسبق ، وإذا لزم دخول هذه المقار بعد ساعات العمل يجب إصدار تصريح بذلك من رئيس جهة العمل .
وعلى مأمور الضبط القضائى إثبات ما يتم أو يتكشف له فى محضر محرر وفقا لما يصدر به قرار من الوزير .
