يكون للتوقيع الإلكترونى فى نطاق تطبيق أحكام القانون الضريبى وهذا القانون ،
ذات الحجية المقررة للتوقيعات فى أحكام قانون الإثبات فى المواد المدنية والتجارية إذا
روعى فى إنشائه وإتمامه الشروط المنصوص عليها فى القانون رقم ١٥ لسنة ٢٠٠٤
بتنظيم التوقيع الإلكترونى وبإنشاء هيئة تنمية صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، والضوابط
الفنية والتقنية التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية له .
