للمصلحة تعيين مندوبين عنها من بين موظفيها لدى الوزارات والمصالح
الحكومية ووحدات الإدارة المحلية والأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة وشركات القطاع العام ،
ويتولى مندوب المصلحة متابعة سلامة تنفيذ هذه الجهات والشركات لأحكام القانون
الضريبى وهذا القانون ، والتحقق من أداء هذه الجهات للضرائب وفقا لأحكام هذه
القوانين الضريبية .
ويكون لهم إثبات ما يقع من مخالفات بموجب محاضر يتم اتخاذ ما يلزم من
إجراءات قانونية فى شأنها .
