تشكل مجالس ادارة الشركات القابضة والشركات التابعة وفق أحكام القانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به.
ويتولى رؤساء وأعضاء مجلس الادارة الحاليون لكل من هيئات القطاع العام وشركاته بحسب الأحوال ادارة الشركات المذكورة وذلك حتى يتم تشكيل مجالس الادارة الجديدة لها.
