يصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون
كما يصدر نموذج العقد الابتدائى ونموذج النظام الأساسى للشركات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون وذلك خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ العمل باللائحة التنفيذية.
ويجوز أن تتعدد نماذج النظم الأساسية للشركات بحسب طبيعة أنشطتها.
