مع عدم الاخلال بأية عقوبة أشد ينص عليها قانون العقوبات أو أى قانون آخر يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة جنيه ولا تجاوز خمسة آلاف جنيه كل من يصدر أسهما أو صكوكا أو سندات أو ايصالات اكتتاب أو شهادات مؤقتة أو يعرضها للتداول على خلاف الأحكام المقررة فى هذا القانون.
