لرئيس مجلس الوزراء بعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء نقل ملكية أسهم أى من
الشركات التابعة المملوكة أسهمها بالكامل لإحدى الشركات القابضة الخاضعة لأحكام
هذا القانون إلى أى من الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة أو صندوق مصر السيادى
للاستثمار والتنمية ، على أن تخضع الشركات المنقولة ملكيتها لأحكام قانون شركات
المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة وشركات
الشخص الواحد الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٥٩ لسنة ١٩٨١
