يحدد النظام الأساسى بداية ونهاية السنة المالية للشركة.
وتعتبر أموال الشركة من الأموال المملوكة للدولة ملكية خاصة، وتودع الشركة مواردها بالنقد المحلى والأجنبى فى حساب مصرفى بالبنك المركزى أو أحد البنوك التجارية.
