ويمثل رئيس مجلس الإدارة الصندوق أمام القضاء، وفى صلاته بالغير .

مجلس إدارة الصندوق هو السلطة المهيمنة على شئونه وتصريف أموره، ويضع
النظم واللوائح الداخلية المتعلقة بالشئون الفنية والمالية والإدارية والموارد البشرية
وغيرها، وله أن يتخذ ما يراه لازما من قرارات لتحقيق أغراض الصندوق، وتكون
له الحرية الكاملة فى إدارة أمواله على أسس اقتصادية، وأن يستثمرها استثمارا
مناسبا بما يحفظ له الاستدامة المالية والتوازن المالى، وتعتمد قرارات المجلس قبل
نفاذها من رئيس مجلس الوزراء.
ويمثل رئيس مجلس الإدارة الصندوق أمام القضاء، وفى صلاته بالغير .
