يصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ نشر هذا القانون في الجريدة الرسمية ، ويستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات القائمة في تاريخ العمل به إلى حين صدور هذه اللائحة ، وذلك فيما لا يتعارض مع أحكام القانون المرافق .
