يكون للمبالغ المستحقة للهيئة بمقتضى أحكام هذا القانون حق امتياز على جميع أموال المدين بها من منقول وعقار ، وتستوفى هذه المبالغ قبل الضرائب والرسوم والجمارك والمصروفات القضائية ، وللهيئة سلطة تحصيلها بطريق الحجز الإدارى .
