يعاقب كل من يمارس نشاط تشغيل معامل تحاليل الصخور وخامات المناجم والمحاجر والملاحات دون ترخيص بغرامة لا تقل عن مليون جنيه ولا تجاوز سبعة ملايين جنيه ، فضلا عن غلق المنشأة المخالفة .
وتضاعف عقوبة الغرامة فى حالة العود .
