إذا تعذر على المرخص له استخراج الخام محل الترخيص لاستغلاله بسبب اختلاطه
بخام آخر، فيجوز له استخراج الخام المختلط بعد إخطار الهيئة خلال ثلاثين يوما من
اكتشافه له .
ولا يجوز للمرخص له استغلال الخام المختلط إلا بعد إضافته إلى ترخيص الاستغلال
الصادر له مع الالتزام بسداد الإتاوة المقررة على الخام المختلط، وفق ما تحدده
اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
