على الجهات متعددة الأنشطة وفق التعريف المنصوص عليه فى القانون المرافق والقائمة وقت العمل به توفيق أوضاعها طبقا للمواد (٤٣ ، ٤٤ ، ٤٥) منه خلال خمس سنوات من تاريخ صدور اللائحة التنفيذية له .
ويجوز مد المدة المشار إليها فى الفقرة السابقة لمرة واحدة بحد أقصى ثلاث سنوات بقرار من مجلس إدارة جهاز تنظيم سوق الغاز بأغلبية أعضائه .
