تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون مدة الترخيص وفقا للنشاط المرخص به، ويصدر الجهاز سنويا شهادة تفيد باستمرار سريان الترخيص بعد التحقق من التزام المرخص له بشروط الترخيص خلال تلك السنة، وفى حالة عدم التزامه تطبق الإجراءات والتدابير والجزاءات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية، وما يقرره مجلس إدارة الجهاز فى هذا الشأن .
