Article 33 of the Real Estate Tax Law

للوزير أو من يفوضه التصالح فى الجرائم المشار إليها فى المواد السابقة فى أى حالة
تكون عليها الدعوى ولو بعد صدور حكم بات فيها ، وذلك مقابل أداء مبالغ الضريبة
المستحقة ومقابل التأخير المقرر فى المادة (٢٧) من هذا القانون بالإضافة إلى التعويض
المنصوص عليه فى المادة (٣١) منه .
ويترتب على التصالح انقضاء الدعوى الجنائية والآثار المترتبة عليها ، وتأمر النيابة العامة
بوقف تنفيذ العقوبة إذا تم التصالح أثناء تنفيذها .
