للبنك المركزى الاعتداد بقرارات التسوية الصادرة عن جهات أجنبية مناظرة فى شأن فرع
أو بنك تابع لبنك أجنبى يعمل فى جمهورية مصر العربية ، أو إصدار قرارات مكملة لها ،
بشرط ألا يترتب على ذلك تأثير سلبى على الاستقرار المصرفى أو مصالح المودعين وغيرهم
من دائنى الفرع أو البنك فى مصر .
