يلتزم البنك المركزى باستخدام المعلومات التى يحصل عليها من الجهات الأجنبية
المناظرة فى الغرض المتفق عليه ، مع ضمان عدم إفشائها لأى طرف إلا بموافقة مسبقة
من هذه الجهات ، أو للدفاع عن البنك المركزى فى أى دعوى قضائية يكون طرفا فيها
طبقا للبند (ح) من المادة (١٤٣) من هذا القانون .
ويتعين على البنك المركزى التحقق من أن المعلومات المتبادلة ستستخدم فى الأغراض
المتفق عليها ، وأنه لن يتم استخدامها فى أى غرض آخر إلا بعد موافقة كتابية منه .
