للمحافظ حق تخصيص نسبة لا تجاوز (١٠٪) من المبالغ المصادرة والغرامات
الإضافية توزع على كل من أرشد أو عاون فى ضبط إحدى الجرائم المرتكبة بالمخالفة
لأحكام الباب السابع من هذا القانون أو اكتشافها أو فى استيفاء الإجراءات المتصلة بها ،
وذلك طبقا للقواعد التى يضعها مجلس الإدارة .
