يضع البنك المركزي ، بالتنسيق مع المفوض حال وجوده ، خطة عمل تسوية أوضاع البنك المتعثر بناء على التقييم المشار إليه في المادة (١٥٦) من هذا القانون ، ويجوز أن تتضمن هذه الخطة واحدا أو أكثر من الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في المادة (١٥٧) من هذا القانون .
