البنك المركزي هو السلطة المختصة بتسوية أوضاع البنوك المتعثرة ، ويجوز له
ممارسة سلطاته واتخاذ أي من الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل مباشرة أو من
خلال المفوض .
ويختص مجلس الإدارة بإصدار القرارات والتعليمات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام
هذا الفصل .
