يلتزم البنك المعني بتقديم تقارير إلى البنك المركزي في شأن الموقف التنفيذي للإجراءات
المتخذة بموجب المادة (١٤٧) من هذا القانون في المواعيد والحالات التي يحددها مجلس الإدارة .
ولمجلس الإدارة أن يوقف أو يعدل أو يلغى أيا من الإجراءات المفروضة على البنك .
