يجوز بقرار من مجلس الوزراء ، أن يطرح للبيع أسهم بقيمة جزء من رأس مال
الشركة للاكتتاب العام على أن تظل الأغلبية فى رأس المال للدولة ، ويكون للعاملين فى
الشركة نسبة من الأسهم المطروحة للبيع يحددها مجلس الوزراء .
