تستمر المحاكم بجميع أنواعها ودرجاتها في نظر الدعاوى والطعون التي
تكون الهيئة القومية للاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية طرفا فيها، إلى أن يتم الفصل فيها
بحكم بات وفقا للقواعد المعمول بها حاليا، وذلك دون حاجة إلى أي إجراء آخر متى كانت
قد رفعت قبل العمل بهذا القانون.
