يجوز في المخالفات التي كان محلها أعمدة أو حوائط أو أعمدة وحوائط أو أعمدة
وأسقف فقط ، والتي قبل بشأنها التصالح وتقنين الأوضاع في ظل أحكام القانون
رقم ١٧ لسنة ٢٠١٩ المشار إليه ، أن يتم تعديل القرار دون أي رسوم بإضافة
التصريح باستكمال أعمال الدور داخل ذات المسطح المتصالح عليه وبذات الارتفاع ،
وفقا للضوابط التي تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق .
