مع عدم الإخلال بالحالات التي صدر لها قرار بقبول التصالح وفقا لأحكام
القانون رقم ١٧ لسنة ٢٠١٩ في شأن التصالح في بعض مخالفات البناء وتقنين
أوضاعها ، ومع مراعاة ما ورد في شأنه نص خاص في قانون المحال العامة
الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٥٤ لسنة ٢٠١٩ ، يعمل بأحكام هذا القانون والقانون المرافق
له في شأن التصالح في بعض مخالفات البناء وتقنين أوضاعها .
