مع عدم الاخلال بالمحاكمة الجنائية يقوم رجال الضبط
القضائى المنصوص عليه بهذا القانون بقطع كل زراعة ممنوعة بمقتضى
أحكامه و جميع أوراقها وجذورها على نفقة مرتكبى الجريمة وتحفظ هذه
الأشياء على ذمة المحاكمة بمخازن وزارة الزراعة إلى أن يفصل نهائيا
فى الدعوى الجنائية .
