Article 46 of the Narcotics Law

لا يجوز وقف تنفيذ الحكم الصادر بعقوبة الجنحة على
من سبق الحكم عليه فى إحدى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
وفى جميع الأحوال تكون الاحكام الصادرة بعقوبة الجنحة واجبة
النفاذ فورا ولو مع استئنافها .
ويجوز للمحكمة أن تأمر بنشر ملخص الحكم النهائى على نفقة المحكوم
عليه فى ثلاث جرائد يومية تعينها .
