للوزير المختص الترخيص لصالح الحكومية والمعاهد
العلمية بزراعة أى نبات من النباتات الممنوعة زراعتها وذلك للأغراض
أو البحوث العلمية بالشروط التى يضعها لذلك .
وللوزير المختص أن يرخص فى جلب النباتات المبينة بالجدول رقم ٥
وبذورها ، وفى هذه الحالة تخضع هذه النباتات والبذور لأحكام
الفصلين الثانى والثالث .
