على كل شخص ممن ذكروا فى المادتين ١١ و ١٩
رخص له فى حيازة الجواهر المخدرة أن يقيد الوارد والمصروف من هذه
الجواهر أولا بأول فى اليوم ذاته وفى دفتر خاص مرقومة صحائفه ومختومة
بخاتم الجهة الإدارية المختصة بعد كر اسم المريض أو اسم صاحب الحيوان
كاملا ولقبه وسنه وعنوانه إذا كان الصرف فى المستشفيات أو المصحات
أو المستوصفات أو العيادات – وإذا كان الصرف لأغراض أخرى
فيبين الغرض الذى استعملت فيه هذه الجواهر .
